Return and cancellation information You have plenty of time to re-consider your purchase: If you regret your purchase within 14 days after receipt, you may return the items for a refund or exchange to other items, provided that the returned item(s) are unopened with seals unbroken and in the same condition as received. Notice: The products should be send to the seller, and not to designboost.dk!!! You find the address on the delivery receipt, which was send with your order. If you are doubting, you can always contact us for more information. Shipping charges are paid by the customer. Please do not forget to include a copy of the invoice! Warranty You have 2 year’s of guarantee on all the products you bought on designboost.dk The guarantee periods starts at the day you receive the product and ends after 2 years. If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. Write a mail to return@designboost.dk The warranty covers faults and defects. The warranty does not cover self-inflicted damages. Privacy policy All information is treated as discrete as possible. Information is only used in connection with shipping, and mail-service if you signed up for it. We guarantee that we will never rent, sell or in any other way share any personal information with a third party. Delivery time You find the delivery time in the product description of every item. If you already ordered, you can also find the details on your order confirmation. Prices All prices are include VAT. Our special campaign prices is only for a limited period of time, or until we are out of stock. We remain the right to make price changes at any time (shipping costs and other expenses are changed often, without our influence, and writing errors can occur) Shipping costs Designboost.dk is a platform for designers from all over Europe. That’s why the shipping costs are customized for each item, and you’ll find them in the product descriptions. Just choose your country from the little pull-down menu, next to every item. In case of extraordinary notes to the delivery of a certain product, you will find them as well in the individual product description. Risks The sellers are responsible for the delivery to the customer, and should your item(s) be damaged or stolen, the item will be re-shipped. If it happens, contact us immediately, but expect to wait 14 days for the parcel to return from the post office, as the most common reason for a missing parcel is that it wasn't collected at the post office, and for the item to reach our office in case that we have to re order. If the address information is wrong (f.x. part of name, street number or floor is missing) or the parcel wasn't picked up at the post office before the expiration date, and therefore has to be sent again, the shipping cost will be paid again by the customer. If the error is made by the shipping company, they will often pay the extra costs, if you show documentation (the original package). International orders If you want to order from outside Europe, and can’t find your country in the pull-down next to the product, contact us for further information. Methods of payment The following credit cards can be used on designboost.dk: Visa, Mastercard, Dankort and Visa Elektron. You don’t need to pay any credit card fees, since designboost.dk is taking care of that. Receipt Shortly after your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Immediately after your order is placed you can see/print a receipt from the order page (look at My Orders in the menu). If you are returning an item, you have to put a copy of the delivery receipt in the package. E-trade law and consumer agreements Your designboost.dk order is under regular Danish law, which amongst other things means that you have to be over 18 years old. Cookies In the exchange of information between you and our server, we are using cookies. A cookie contains information and it is stored on your hard drive as long as you are using any of our web services. The cookie is used to distinguish between you and our other customers, and it is commonly used in all web shops. The moment you leave designboost.dk the cookie is automatically deleted.
